I was appalled from the crowded departure event ( herded like sheep ) although minus the electric prods .
Generally shabby throughout as others have remarked , down at heel .
Returned after 1 he Ibiza a/p delay and sat in plane on Edin runway for over 2.5 hrs awaiting a plane stand .
Returning to terminal building equally bad dragging heavy suitcases up 3/4 flights of concrete stairs no escalators , such a shame compared with Glasgow which is by no means perfect .Hopefully you will get funding to upgrade meanwhile I shall avoid .sorry
