After arriving from Tenerife (,who were brilliant again) we had to stand outside in the cold in an uncovered walkway to queue to get into Border Control. Thankfully it wasn't raining this time. When we eventually got inside the place was crowded and there were other flights waiting to join the queue. It took 45 minutes get through the process which is unacceptable.
The only positive was it took so long to get through, the luggage was waiting on the reclaim belt.
