Unfortunately there was some problem with my connecting flight with Etihad & Aer Lingus & I had to wait around the airport for approximately 8 hours while (Paul I believe) who is the manager for Etihad airways at Edinburgh airport worked extremely hard to find me alternative flights home to Dublin via London Heathrow & supplied my family & I with meal vouchers for the pub/restaurant upstairs & we enjoyed the food tremendously I must say!! Friendly atmosphere and staff & relaxing airport despite our extremely long stopover , but wouldn't deter me from flying through Edinburgh in the future.
