The behaviour of some of security staff was appalling, one girl in particular shouting at customers and rude for no reason. If time had permitted I would have reported her to a supervisor, but the supervisor must also see her behaviour.
This behaviour does nothing for the reputation of the country.
Shopping good but not much else about the experience made me happy
