The Flybe customer service girl that printed my ticket out on Friday 9th June was lovely, so very kind and helpful when I missed my flight and was very upset, it was my not Flybe or the Airport at fault, an accident on the motorway held me up, but this lady was absolutely lovely I wish I had got her name, only reason I did not give maximum rating is I find there to be a lack of seating downstairs, but I always choose Edinburgh to fly from as I find the staff helpful and friendly, but this lady was exceptionally nice and concerned as I was in tears, I hope you can find out who she was and thank her for me, I was due to get the 1.30 Flybe to Belfast City but managed to get on the 4.05 flight with her help
