Edinburgh Airport is, for me, a model of efficiency. Upon arrival from the US, it only took about 15 or 20 minutes to pass through Customs, a model for US airport as to how this process can be fast. I appreciate the convenience of the Airlink buses right outside the door for the journey to the city center. The airport is easy to negotiate and all the personnel we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. On my return visit to the airport, going through security was also simple and without the usual stress one faces at US airports. Workers actually smile! I have nothing but praise for Edinburgh Airport and have been there a number of times.
