Usually I have a good experience, however as summer comes I felt that the staff were not ready for the amount of people that were traveling. In addition, I feel like the airport was not comprehensible enough for older people as there were many in the wrong queues and confused as to what was going on, how to check-in and bag drop. There should either be more information and staff should definitely be more attentive.
