“Had to wait for about 40 mins on the apron as we had to wait for another plane to be towed awY from the parking space. Followed by a further wait of almost an hour waiting to get through passport control. Not good”

“It is a pleasant shopping area, food outlets are pretty good now, it's just very busy and often there are few places to sit. But knocks the spots of Aberdeen and Glasgow!!!!”

“Easy to get to and from the airport with the tram service to downtown. Visitor's centre was very helpful, provided the information we needed when we landed. Quick through security on the way out, all staff very nice.”

“It is one of the smoothest airports I have been through, in terms of security checks and check in facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are plenty of shops and eating spots. The size is also very manageable, so the travel time from security checks to gate is never too big.”
