“You are the only airport where there are properly designed hatches after security screening where one can gather one's items ( and dignity). Most other airports ignore this and poor passenger is fumbling with belts, shoes, laptops and shoulder bags.”

“Easy affordable longer stay parking, lovely cheery staff throughout the airport, even Duty Free, good choice of shops, food and drink - from veggie/healthy to carnivore heart attack, nice loos and not spread over a vast site (like Dublin). The only downside was the Ryanair cattle lorry in the sky but serves me right for flying with them, for the first time in many years; I'll go Aerlingus next time.”

“The staff is so welcoming. We felt immediately at home when we landed. The customs questions were so conversational and non-accusative. The US could learn a thing or too about hospitality from you guys.”

“apart from the obvious .I really didn't need to hear a message 31 times in succession. I no its on a loop but 31 times was a bit much especially at 3 in the morning”

“OK there's a lot of work going on at the airport but ............... security and processing baggage and getting to and from an aircraft shouldn't take this long. Took over an hour to get through security at departures and when it came to boarding were bussed to Ratho to get our plane which is at the furthest away point you can imagine in the airport. On our return it took over an hour from landing to collecting our baggage from the hall. No doubt there will be some fancy way of expaining and it will be great in the long run but this place is a total shambles at the moment.”
