Queues at security are not acceptable when you have security gates unmanned. Can take 30 minutes to get through and although its busier now due to holiday flights the airport know how many flights are departing and should have the staffing to cover. Once through Security then there are ample places to shop and relax.

I felt the airport was quite dirtying. The floors insome of the restaurant areas had hard packed chewing gum for example. The atmosphere was to warm. AllAirports do seem to have this problem but I cannot understand why they can't be better ventilated. Security was good and staff were helpful. It is not helpful to give us very little notice of the gate number before boarding as we have to traverse the airport to find the gates etc.

A really good airport but why is wifi only free for 2 hours?? And that's 2 hours across both Arrivals and Departures. Not great when you're working in the terminal waiting for a colleague to arrive and then next day in Departures you find you've used you whole free entitlement....

Easy well placed signs to show where to go. Disabled parking is a joke, half the spaces taken by taxis and then having to trail from one building to another to get your parking ticket validated, not fun when you have mobility problems and are using a walking stick to help get abo. Need to review the service by having office in a better location.

The Skylink 200 bus is a great service and I was assisted in finding where to catch it by a helpful Edinburgh Airport employee. The bus driver was most helpful also. I wasn't able to access the free airport wifi while waiting for my luggage, which was disappointing.

It is a nice airport but needs to be improved and developed specially the way from the airplane to to the immigration hall which also needs more improvement . Then there is always delay in providing the luggages to the arrived passengers . Finally the way after claiming the luggages to the outside also not nice. In general the airport gives impression that its a small village very simple airport but not the airport of the capital of very beautiful Scotland.

The immigration officers are quite a cheerful lot , helpful and tactful. Directions are clear with the exception of the wifi ( pretty low connectivity ) , all should be ok.

Mostly Cheerful people, ... Alas that was it, total chaos, NO TRANSIT, couldn't believe it , had to queue up again to get a boarding pass that you couldn't get on line ...that because I was in transit was near nigh impossible ..thank you Flybe... for the extra stress after a very long trip from Australia...consider your transit passengers please Edinburgh ....

Unfortunately we were flying British Air over the weekend and had our reservations cancelled. I know this is not the airports fault but the lack of information available to travelers was a reflection on the airport.

The systems and staff in security were excellent - easy and efficient. On the not so positive side; air conditioning please, peculiar queuing system in the arrivals/departure hall for some gates across cafes/restaurants/seating areas making movement fraught.

Not enough seats while waiting for flight. There needs to be TV need monitor in waiting area. Very boring sitting waiting for flight , especially when delayed

Positives The Airport is clean and tidy. The security check process is very efficient and fast moving. Negatives However, the queuing system for gates is ridiculous with people across the gangways and having to stand for long periods including elderly. Internet Access - limited to free access for 2 hours then you have to pay - having been delayed for some 6 hours and then our plane being cancelled we returned the next day for our flight and as it was within 24 hours couldn't log on as had used up 2 hours. STUPID - in Airports across the World have NEVER had a limit on free access - this should be changed and stop money grabbing.
