Very hot, no smoking area. Not nice when you are delayed. However amenities and shops are plenty.

Good choice of shops and places to eat but poor amount of visible signage and seating. With both arrivals and departures going through the same area this really needs to be reviewed and improved.

When I landed had to wait for ages for a bus. And then the bus took ages. The plane landed 5 minutes earlier. But from the plane landing and then us finally entering passport control it took 35-40 minutes.

I got to the airport an hour before my domestic flight- obviously thinking that that would be enough time but security was incredibly chaotic. The woman who searched my bag was more concerned about her gossip chat with her colleagues than my actual bag. By the time I got through, my plane had already boarded and when I tried to explain to the woman at the gate what had happened she was quite rude. Obviously I missed my flight. I'm sure that many people have had wonderful experiences but unfortunately that was mine.

Good signage on access roads. Smaller airport easy to get around.

Somewhere to sit, free WiFi. Too long a wait to go through security, but all remained good-humoured.

I found the security hall and overall efficiency great, but the quality of wifi was shocking! Firstly my MacBook had huge issues connecting and was incredibly slow. Furthermore, the fact that you must join the mailing list to use the wifi is in my opinion highly unethical and underhand - if my phone had not died I would have avoided it completely.

The phone signal for Vodafone in the terminal is terrible, especially in the area of seating near wetherspoons. Unable to work as could not make calls. The whole place was like a shit overcrowded shopping centre. How about some areas for people who don't want to spend any more money? Generic, thoughtless, and crass.... It doesn't really say Welcome to Edinburgh.

It would help international passengers if directions to where and how to check in for tickets and visa clearance were more clear. Thank goodness you have some Fabulous employees who helped us each step.

Check in for our flight was smooth. The airport food and shops were nice. Once it came time to board, the gate was very cramped. Did not like being bussed out to the plane.

It made me very stressed. I am disabled and did not feel looked after during the security procedure. Your staff need more training, on how to treat people, we are NOT all threats!

I was there on Wednesday at 9am in the security line with 20 minutes till my boarding closed and I was very doubtful that I would make it in time. I asked the man handling the beginning of the family line or something (medium height, dark hair) if there was anything that could be done because I thought I was genuinely going to miss my flight. He would not let me go in the shorter line, or call anyone for assistance. It was the complete opposite of good customer service. He was completely unwilling to help and seemed very okay with just letting me miss my flight. It's one of the worst interactions I've ever had with an airport employee, any service agent in any industry to be honest, he just did not care at all and it was so shocking and disrespectful. I had a lovely time in Edinburgh but he was one of my final interactions and I'm so so so disapointed. Someone talk to him please, it was so rude.

Disappointing to see the children's soft-lay area hidden and made so much smaller.

Ok AirPort , bad with 2 hour wi-fi, specially when planes are late.

Improved selection of food & drink and retail options Unfortunately the experience of navigating the airport is poor. Starting with the convoluted way to get to the terminal and finishing with the confusing way to get a taxi. In the middle there are too many stairs, buses and roundabout walks
