“I appreciate that overall, the security system is efficient. Getting through the gates however is a bit tough when there are high volumes of people. It may be worth considering how to create a better flow into the various queues. The food availability is good though a Starbucks post-security would be happily welcomed. The presence of a very well stocked super-drug and plenty of shopping is great. The addition of coffee shops and news stands in the far wing terminals is also a massive improvement as are the moving walkways.”

“Good choice eating places, and shops..... Helpful staff particularly at the bag drop off when I found the instruction confusing...when told chose an airline it said Easy a Jet wasn't part of the system or something..”

“There was a massive bottleneck at the security turnstiles. There should have been a staff member ushering people along- There wasn't. Very bad indeed”

“Arrived safe and was not pleased how long I had to wait for handicap assistance The gentleman coordinating what line to get into for passport control was not very helpful I was able to get a nice man who got me a wheelchair and took me tnru customs and out to city bus He was wonderful!!!'n”

“Flight to Stanstead from gate 32 was a shambles. 3 flights leaving from 3 gates close by. No one controlled the queues which meant people were all pushing past to get to the gate. Staff were completely oblivious to.what was going on”
