“Unfortunately we were flying British Air over the weekend and had our reservations cancelled. I know this is not the airports fault but the lack of information available to travelers was a reflection on the airport.”

“At security the personnel gear you put on the tray to go through the scanner was left to go through whilst we had to queue at another area to go through the human scanner, when we passed that there was dozens of personal stuff that was left for anyone to steal. That is not security at its best, it's a scandal”

“It's a great airport. Nice and spacious with good dinning. The only thing that I would like is more water fountains to fill up your water bottle.”

“Quick check in process, no queue. Security was also quick but thorough. Good facilities in the waiting area and free Wifi. Good all round experience.”

“The airport is totally unprepared for an airline disruption like the one that happened to British Airways on Saturday. Not enough seating, disallowing stranded passengers to rest overnight on restaurant couches results in people on cold concrete floors. No help, no one to make decisions. Sometimes helping people is more important than not applicable helth and safety regulations or liquor licensing rules. Very disappointing experience.”
