“Edinburgh Airport has much improved through out the years. im not too keen on paying when picking up or dropping off passengers.”

“I have never used another airport that had absolutely no waiting area or seating at the departure gates. I have also never seen a major airport anywhere north of the tropics that did not have jetways. Communication with departing passengers was very poor. The whole place just seems to be poorly planned.”

“The systems and staff in security were excellent - easy and efficient. On the not so positive side; air conditioning please, peculiar queuing system in the arrivals/departure hall for some gates across cafes/restaurants/seating areas making movement fraught.”

“It felt very uncomfortable that I needed to let go of my handluggage for a long time as there were very long queues for the machines and a not working X-ray machine.”

“BA failed to get me home and belated re-routed me via Glasgow. Now on route back to Edinburgh airport to get my car. No assistance provided at any point.”

“Great selection of shops and cafes However what happened to the soft play!? PLEASE reinstate something similar, this has been one of the main reason s that we have flown from Edinburgh instead of Glasgow”
