“As usual, good snd fast service through security. Staff are always polite and friendly. Seat available if you need to take off shoes for security. Good choices for food. Pity I had to board plane by steps instead of walkway.”

“The convenience of the tram was so helpful as we made our way into town and back to the airport with a minimum of fuss. The baggage drop was also fast and easy.”

“Positives The Airport is clean and tidy. The security check process is very efficient and fast moving. Negatives However, the queuing system for gates is ridiculous with people across the gangways and having to stand for long periods including elderly. Internet Access - limited to free access for 2 hours then you have to pay - having been delayed for some 6 hours and then our plane being cancelled we returned the next day for our flight and as it was within 24 hours couldn't log on as had used up 2 hours. STUPID - in Airports across the World have NEVER had a limit on free access - this should be changed and stop money grabbing.”

“The Airport itself is very beautiful. Nice shops and in general very organized. The Security check was was different than in orther countries and seemed a bit unorganised. But all in all a good Airport”

“I arrived late as I could not find my airport parking (zero signs). The departure security area was exceptionally busy and totally chaotic. It was like directing people down a huge funnel to scan their barcodes which meant people joined "the queue" from all directions. Very frustrating. The queue I was in also filtered the separate "family queue" further prolonging the agony as effectively, two queues joined one security check. I ended up missing my flight (I was late as it was) and had to return down to the ground floor, pay to transfer and return to the funnel. In all fairness the second time around it was not busy and I walked through without much delay.”

“Gate changes, every week its the same on a Friday, I had two gate changes this week, both very last minute and its completely unacceptable.”

“Too many retail units intruding into passenger space, crush zones around gate 12. Poor passenger flow modelling around notice board at entrance.”

“Good choice of shops and places to eat but poor amount of visible signage and seating. With both arrivals and departures going through the same area this really needs to be reviewed and improved.”

“We passed through on a very busy day. There was not nearly enough seating for those of us who had hours between flights. Your failure to separate arriving and departing passengers made moving around almost impossible at times. Signage was inadequate. Before departure not only was our plane delayed by painfully slow baggage loading but also my suitcase was dropped to the ground from a height and split.”
