“Well sign posted. Friendly and helpful staff both at bag drop off and general enquiries. Travelled Ezyjet to Athens. It was a breeze”

“The staff for the most part was helpful and the airport was clean. However, the conveyor belt was broken. After waiting in line for 30 minutes to check in we were sent to over weight baggage area with all of our luggage and waited in line for 45 minutes to turn our luggage over. This whole ordeal seemed very unorganized and inefficient.”

“It's terrible for the people who have early morning flights. There are few chairs, so we saw people in the floor for hours.”

“Not too busy, no fuss, sailed straight through. Enjoyed the two hour wait, as I had time to read and have a meal before the flight.”

“The security clearance moved very efficiently and everyone was very polite and helpful. There were problems with our departure time being 50 minutes late, however that was an airline issue not specifically an issue with the general airport staff.”

“Your out baggage lines are deplorable. Other airports check in the bags right at the counter. It was an hour standing in that very long and slow line. Please get more efficient like a modern airport.”

“It was very crowded and there was no signage to help us determine where we checked in to our Air France flight to Paris, having booked our flights throughout their partner, Delta. Finally a luggage gentleman at Air France figured it all out. I will never book a flight again through Edinburgh airport”
