“Friendly and efficient although check-in was rammed and a lot of unused trollies blocking. Also, the gents toilets immediatly after security were smelly and needed cleaned.”

“The new upgrade to airside is very well done and new layout/shops is a welcome addition to the airport. I have never had any issues with Edinburgh airport and always had swift and enjoyable passing.”

“Security was fast and efficient, HOWEVER these self-check in/self-bag tag machines have got to go. absolute chaos, people everywhere not knowing what they are doing. seems more time-consuming than doing it the 'old fashioned' way. ridiculous.”

“I use a lot of UK airports. They are always a processing & holding area. Queue here. Do that. Go there. It can never be as amazing as just simply walking straight up to the plane and getting on. Airports are a pain. Edinburgh is the least painful airport in the UK.”
