It's quick easy and secure. I would only ask for more choice of restaurant in the departures area...but that's me being fussy

All good except that on arrival we were parked on the Tarmac not the terminal building and were transported by bus which had a long wait plus a long walk to luggage claim after the bus dropped us near the terminal.

Charging a pound for cars that drop people off is petty and pathetic. Just a petty and pathetic attempt to rip money off people.

It is a very nice airport, with a lot of stores to buy gifts or eat something before the flight and the free wifi is excellent :)

It is always a pleasure to arrive in Edinburgh!! Shame to leave .. but atleast the airport is good to say goodbey at. Although I think you can improve the wifi (internet acces for travellers)! Now you have to create an account .. ?! Why ? I don't want an account .. I just want one hour on the internet ? I had to tick the box for marketing .. I so hate that, but had to other wise I couldn't enjoy the internet .. but when I had the account .. the wifi was terrible!! Very very very slow. So .. before we had to board the plain .. I haven't seen any internet page :-( All good .. accept the wifi/internet options I am afraid!

This is a clean and efficient airport. There are some nice shops and restaurants too.

Coach from stand was badly driven and people falling over. Went round in big circle - quicker to walk. Then had to walk "miles" to arrivals. Mid term car parking was extortionate at £38 per day. Weeds everywhere. Litter. Staff parking on double yellow lines and red just at entrance to security ring. At least secuirty was slick and polite unlike most American airports.

When I flew in on Flybe, it took about 25 minutes for the first bags to get onto the conveyor, which was about 40% of my flight time to get there! What annoyed me most is that there was no information about the delay, or a message board to say what the predicted wait time would be. I suggest that you display the predicted arrival time of the bags or at least the state. This is not hard to put in place. The bags are either 'Waiting to be unloaded', 'unloading', 'on the way' or 'at the conveyor'. A quick scan of the first bag off the plane would change the state from 'waiting' to 'unloading' . 'On the way' would be when the first bag cart leaves the planes gate. Etc. Predicted lead times are easy to implement. Most frustration comes from not knowing what is going on. The bag guys at the conveyor did not know nor didn't care to let us know why there was such a delay.

Great airport. Easy to access all areas with signs if you have never been. Amazing with 2 hours free wifi, just a great airport!
