“The security staff in the scanning area were very rude, complaining that people didn't understand the rules and dismissive of passengers' questions. One staff member trapped my finger between two boxes as he obviously thought my young kids should be loading things faster. I understand the need for security, but Stockholm airport we're just as vigilant in a pleasant and helpful manner.”

“Despite heightened security, and it being a busy day at the airport, I was through security in less than 10 minutes, I know that I can always rely on Edinburgh Airport to be effieicent and reliable and get me to where I need to be in the most time effective and pleasant way. Keep doing what you're doing!”

“The transition from arrival to departure was fluid , however congestion at security is an issue. The staff shouting instruction works for some but not all resulting in confusion.”

“Quite fast to get through and no big queues like many airports. Fairly comfortable with the usual general stores. All airports are expensive though!”

“Tried to show my mobile boarding pass but the internet link did not open. The clerks urged me to go back downstairs to get a paper one. Instead they could have helped me to find the two hour free-of-charge Edinburgh internet connection.”
